Dear Song Lovers, (FWD to your friends)I have confirmation from Beer-Station that we can have our SSC (Songwriter ShowCase) at their wonderful al fresco Band^Stand again! 2008 Jul*5 Sat*. And Mr Erwin ~Jazz~ SHAH has kindly consented to be the MC for the evening! This time LIVE Guitar backup (mainly) - acoustic, electric, classical.... Share your songs, mesmerize them. (yupz, we got the AMPs, the sound whole works).

Dear Songwriters,
And how have you been since the wild and wonderful Songwriter Showcase {SSC} on 6-May? Writing and performing songs, of course. Well, I have been anyway.
Here we go again and this time…
Guitars Night (Original Local Songs)

FORMAT:
Accompaniment
All songs got to be performed (mainly) with a live guitar player – that includes even choirs and girl/boy bands!
If the songwriter does not play guitar, let me know and I shall find the player for him/her (but Guitar Playing Support is "mainly" for this time...).
Sound System
We will have adequate guitar amplification, yes sir.
The wow people at Beer-Station have acquired some sound equipment, and will support with what they have. MTL will also get some gear and boost the hardware.

- 2 songs per slot
- Each songwriter can book up to 2 slots per night (i.e. 4 songs max per night), but must be non-consecutive (so 2 songs now… 2 songs later)
